This role is responsible for leading design, architecture, development, and ongoing support of an enterprise Salesforce.com CRM solution that supports Marketing, Sales and Customer Service organizations. This entails both development & maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, planning, and implementing new Salesforce.com features and functions, (new screens, workflow, APEX code, Visual force pages, objects, reports, etc.) in response to business needs. This is also a technical leadership role; the individual in this position will have the ability to conceptualize creative solutions that are consistent with the client's business requirements, its enterprise architecture, and the intended usage and capabilities of Salesforce.com. This person will work with other business partners to identify practical solutions through existing and/or new business systems technology, and will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the application in cooperation with the business and areas of IT.
