Franklin Covey is a beacon of the professional services industry, providing organizational change through performance improvement and leadership training. However, Franklin Covey needed help merging two instances of Salesforce and streamlining Sales Cloud. Simplus stepped in to eliminate duplicate leads, duplicate data, and duplicate contracts for overall more efficient contract management and lead generation. Report creation time and data entry time both dramatically decreased after Simplus extracted, cleaned, and imported all of Franklin Covey’s data into a new instance. It was Franklin Covey’s first serious Salesforce project, and ultimately, as Franklin Covey said, the project was “easy and slick.”
