10 May Increasing adoption and accuracy in Sales Cloud
Going from manual to automated sales processes is a transformative move for any organization. When 1E approached Simplus with this need and a wish to easily apply discount percentages based on various details and to streamline a process involving over four applications, we knew just what to do.
Simplus used native Salesforce functionality to replace the time-consuming manual steps 1E sales reps were taking. This included consolidating field sets; leveraging process builders to insert product bundles and keep pricing in sync; and using formula fields, rollups, workflows, and more to create a custom discounting process for 1E’s needs.
